can pay with a credit card on our site. Choose the pay via Paypal
option, follow the link to the Paypal site, but select "pay via
credit card without setting up a Paypal account" when you get

Shipping and
Returns
We can ship your
order anywhere in the world. We
do not ship to P.O. boxes,
so please provide a street address when placing your order.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you begin the checkout
process using United States Post Office rates or flat shipping
rates (for wholesale orders). You may view the shipping amounts before
you actually commit to executing your order. We currently ship via the
United States Post Office and
UPS, although UPS doesn't appear as a shipping option yet when placing
your order. If you need a UPS ground shipping quote, please feel
free to contact us. If it can be shipped via UPS ground
for a lower cost than United States Post Office rates, we will
notify you as such and give you that option. If you elect a
cheaper shipping method, we will issue you a credit for the
difference in shipping costs.
Please
allow 3-7 days for shipping items in the Continental U.S. Overseas
orders
please allow between 2 - 4 weeks for shipment of your items. We
handle all questions and requests promptly. You may inquire about

Please note that
our stock can fluctuate depending on availability, recent
orders, etc. If you order multiple items and one of the items is
out of stock, your order will be shipped when we receive the item that
is out of stock and your order is complete. We will contact you as
soon as possible to notify you of the out of stock item.
We stand behind
our products and their quality 100%. If you receive a defective or
damaged product or you receive an incorrect item due to our shipping
error, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for an
exchange or full refund (the merchandise must be in re-sale condition if
it was a shipping error on our part). We will pay for the shipping
costs in this instance provided it is returned to us within 30 days.
If you receive an
incorrect product due to your ordering error, we will also refund your
purchase price or exchange your item for the item you intended to order
(assuming it is available), however you are responsible for all shipping
costs involved with returning that item and shipping the replacement.
Please double check your order before you submit it to avoid this issue.

All
print editions are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Each
Giclee print was produced using
archival quality PH-coated stock and UV rated fine inks. As a note of
care for your print, NEVER display any artwork in a direct-light (high
UV) environment. Your print has inherent UV inhibiting resistance
to fading through the use of proper inks, media, and protective
after-coats. However, if you wish your print to last a lifetime,
you must take care to avoid direct UV situations in displaying it.
Canvas prints are sealed with a protective UV coating spray tested and
approved by the Wilhelm Imaging Research Institute to resist fading and
moisture. Our
prints have been produced under an exacting color-matching process and
stored in a humidity controlled environment. Archival
Paper Prints are shipped in thick-walled 3-inch diameter mailing tubes.

Canvas prints are hand-stretched on frames and shipped flat, please
allow extra time (up to 10 days) for your order due to the custom nature
and care in preparing your print.
All
payments for commissioned work are handled via PayPal. At the time
of your initial quote, you will receive a PayPal link for your first
deposit payment. All subsequent billings will be submitted via
PayPal.
All
original or commissioned art is payable via PayPal or check.
Please refer to your original commission quote when determining payment.
All
originals are shipped either FEDEX or UPS ground based on
dimensions & cost. This cost is in addition to your original
commission quote. You will be notified of the cost options prior
to shipment.
